a) Dati forniti volontariamente dall’utente Quando richiedi un preventivo tramite il form presente sul sito, raccogliamo il tuo nome e il tuo indirizzo email, oltre ai prodotti per i quali richiedi il preventivo ed eventuali informazioni che decidi di inserire nel messaggio.
b) Dati di navigazione I sistemi informatici che gestiscono il sito acquisiscono, nel normale funzionamento, alcuni dati la cui trasmissione è implicita nell’uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet (ad esempio indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, orario della richiesta). Questi dati sono usati esclusivamente per ricavare statistiche anonime sull’uso del sito, per verificarne il corretto funzionamento e per motivi di sicurezza, e sono conservati per un periodo limitato.

4. Modalità del trattamento
I dati sono trattati con strumenti informatici e telematici, con misure di sicurezza adeguate a prevenire accessi non autorizzati, perdita, uso illecito o diffusione dei dati.
5. Destinatari dei dati
I tuoi dati non sono diffusi né ceduti a terzi per finalità di marketing. Possono essere trattati, per conto del Titolare e in qualità di responsabili del trattamento, da fornitori che ne gestiscono i servizi informatici (ad esempio hosting del sito e servizio di posta elettronica), nonché da consulenti fiscali e contabili, quando necessario.
I dati non sono trasferiti al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo. [VERIFICARE con il fornitore di hosting e di posta: se i server sono in UE, lasciare questa frase e togliere questa nota tra parentesi; altrimenti modificarla.]
6. Conservazione dei dati
I dati forniti tramite il form di richiesta preventivo sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e l’eventuale rapporto commerciale che ne consegue.
- Se la richiesta non dà seguito a un rapporto commerciale, i dati sono conservati per un massimo di 36 mesi dall’ultimo contatto, per poter dare riscontro a eventuali richieste successive, e poi cancellati.
- Se si instaura un rapporto commerciale, i dati sono conservati per tutta la durata del rapporto e, successivamente, per 10 anni, per adempiere agli obblighi fiscali e contabili.
I dati di navigazione sono conservati per un periodo limitato, in linea con le impostazioni del servizio di hosting.
7. Cookie
Il sito utilizza esclusivamente cookie tecnici, necessari al suo funzionamento, per i quali non è richiesto il consenso. In particolare:
- PHPSESSID: gestisce la sessione di navigazione (cancellato alla chiusura del browser);
- wp_woocommerce_session_*: gestisce la sessione del sito (durata massima circa 2 giorni);
- yith_ywraq_*: memorizza la lista dei prodotti per cui richiedi un preventivo (durata massima circa 1 giorno).
Non utilizziamo cookie di profilazione né strumenti di analisi o di tracciamento di terze parti.
Puoi comunque bloccare o eliminare i cookie dalle impostazioni del tuo browser; in tal caso alcune funzioni del sito (come la richiesta di preventivo) potrebbero non funzionare correttamente.

- accedere ai tuoi dati personali e ottenerne copia;
- chiederne la rettifica o l’aggiornamento;
- chiederne la cancellazione;

a) Data voluntarily provided by the user When you request a quote through the form on this website, we collect your name and email address, as well as the products you are requesting a quote for and any information you choose to include in your message.
b) Browsing data The IT systems that run this website collect, during normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (for example IP address, browser type, time of the request). This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistics on website use, to check that it is working correctly, and for security reasons, and is kept for a limited period.

4. Processing methods
Data is processed using IT and electronic tools, with security measures suitable to prevent unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
5. Recipients of the data
Your data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed, on behalf of the Controller and as data processors, by providers that manage IT services (for example website hosting and email services), as well as by tax and accounting consultants where necessary.

6. Data retention
Data provided through the quote request form is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and any resulting business relationship.
- If the request does not lead to a business relationship, data is retained for a maximum of 36 months from the last contact, in order to respond to any follow-up requests, and then deleted.
- If a business relationship is established, data is retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for 10 years, to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
Browsing data is retained for a limited period, in line with the hosting service settings.
7. Cookies
This website uses technical cookies only, which are necessary for its operation and do not require consent. Specifically:
- PHPSESSID: manages your browsing session (deleted when you close the browser);
- wp_woocommerce_session_*: manages the site session (maximum duration about 2 days);
- yith_ywraq_*: stores the list of products you want a quote for (maximum duration about 1 day).
We do not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics or tracking tools.
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings; in that case, some features of the site (such as the quote request) may not work properly.
8. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy;
- request its rectification or updating;
- request its erasure;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- request data portability, where applicable;
- lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
